The incidence of the hepatic fatty degenerative changes was 6%, 15%, and 25% in the 3 3 control, 500 mg/m , and 1,000 mg/m groups, respectively. Renal tubular dilatation was also 3 3 increased at 500 mg/m , but not at 1,000 mg/m . This was thought to be an incidental finding resulting from mild glomerulonephritis, common in aging mice.
