Urethrozystoskopie "" Eine Urethrozystoskopie ist in der Regel nicht notwendig, da die Hypospadie meist als Blickdiagnose gestellt werden kann. Zudem ist der Meatus bei Hypospadie meist eng. Der diagnostische Wert einer Urethraspiegelung wäre nur sehr beschränkt. 1 a–c a Beispiel einer Uroflowmetrie bei einem 7-jährigen Mädchen mit distaler Urethra- bzw. Meatusstenose.
